Processing Time

Each artwork and print order is carefully prepared before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated processing time:

Original paintings: 3–7 business days

Art prints (made-to-order): 2–5 business days

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship internationally to selected countries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.

Estimated delivery times:

Finland: 2–7 business days

Europe: 5–14 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.

Packaging

All artworks are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns & Refunds

We follow EU consumer protection rules regarding distance selling.

Original artworks

Original paintings are eligible for a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is received.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Art prints (made-to-order)

All prints are made-to-order specifically for each customer. Because of this, they are custom-produced items and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
