Every painting is a quiet new beginning
My life in color

I have always experienced painting as a way to relax and step away from reality. Creating has been a natural part of my life for as long as I can remember, even though during the busiest years, my energy and time for art became very limited.

In recent years, especially through everyday life with children at home, I have slowly found my way back to painting again. Life can be intense and demanding, but in the quiet evenings I now have a little more space to return to what truly feels like me.

Where painting became therapy

For me, painting is therapy. It is the one place where I feel completely free — where I can let go of everything else, and my mind becomes quiet and calm. It is my connection back to myself in the middle of a busy life.

Art is a point of rest and presence for me. It is not about perfection, but about feeling, release, and emotional honesty.

Through my work, I hope to share that sense of calm, color and warmth with others — and to bring something meaningful, peaceful and uplifting into your home.
