Returns policy

Original artworks are eligible for a 14-day return period in accordance with consumer protection laws. If you would like to return an original piece, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, and carefully repacked in its original packaging. It must arrive in the same condition as it was sent. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued if all conditions are met.

All print products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, prints are non-returnable and non-refundable. Each item is produced after the order has been placed, so we are unable to accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch and we will make sure it is resolved.
